Browns Season on E. 4th Street!

- Wednesday, September 01, 2021

Fall is rolling in here in Cleveland and we all know what that means… It's time for football season! Sports being back brings so much livelihood back to downtown - a livelihood we’ve all missed greatly the last year and a half. After the NFL Draft rolled through in April - we got a taste of the excitement to come this fall. If you’re heading down to FirstEnergy stadium to catch a Browns game, be sure to make a day of it and get the full CLE football experience!

Planning on getting to the game early? Get in on some tailgating action and make sure you’re wearing your favorite Browns gear! Grill some grub, grab a brew and show off your cornhole skills - because, of course, you are in Ohio! Nothing competes with the energy and atmosphere you’ll find hours before the game even begins. Plus, there’s no better way to get into the spirit for the game than alongside our fellow Browns fans.

Looking to do some sight seeing or exploring before the game starts? FirstEnergy Stadium puts you in the right place to take in some of Cleveland’s best. Just around the corner stands the Rock ‘n Roll Hall of Fame, whether it’s your first time or you’re a frequent visitor, it’s always a must see for any music fan. Want to get mobile and see CLE from different views before making your way into the game? Pop into Cleveland Bike Tours, rent bikes and go for a ride! Make your way around the city and take in the architecture and beautiful lake and riverfront views.

Looking to grab a brew or bite to eat before you head into the game? There’s no shortage of amazing options around FirstEnergy Stadium. If you find yourself on East 4th Street before the game, pop into Wonder Bar for a cold drink and take a seat on their sprawling patio! If you’ve spent the day walking around downtown and worked up an appetite before game time, grab a table at Nuevo Modern Mexican right next to FirstEnergy Stadium. Enjoy tacos and margs before you cheer on the Browns!

Although the seasons are changing, we can expect the liveliness of summer to continue on into fall. Football season creates a special bond between all of us here in Cleveland. We all know CLE is a sports town through and through, but football truly hits different here in the 216. There’s never a shortage of excitement living on East 4th Street, no matter the time of year! Go Browns!
