Garage parking is available for a monthly fee; please contact the leasing office for current availability.
In order to ensure a parking space for all residents, the following rules should be observed:
- Only park in the space assigned to you.
- Do not park in fire lanes.
- No storing of inoperative vehicles, campers or boats.
- Do not make car repairs in the garages.
- All vehicles must have current license plates.
- If you have a parking problem, call the office or emergency maintenance if it is after hours.
Please follow parking policies to avoid having your privileges revoked. Towing will be enforced at owner’s expense.
