How many buildings do you have on the street? How many units?
MRN Ltd. is the property manger for four residential properties on East 4th Street-The Historic Buckeye Building, The Commercial Building, FREDRICK @ Fourth, and The Windsor Block Apartments. There are a total of 160 units on East 4th Street.
What is the price range and square footage of your apartments?
East Fourth Neighborhood has one and two bedrooms that range from 500 to 1,700 square feet that are priced between $525-$1625 a month.
What amenities are included in the monthly rent?
All of the units on East 4th Street are all electric - including self-controlled heat and air conditioning. The electric bill is the responsibility of the tenant. Water, waste, and sewage are included. Select buildings offer free T-1 lines and in-suite washer/dryers.
We also offer residents two other services - dry cleaning pick-up and delivery and package delivery. Avon Dry Cleaning picks up laundry on Monday's and Thursday's. When laundry is returned our staff will deliver the laundry to the resident's suite. In addition, with the tenant's permission we will sign for any package delivery from UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. and deliver the package to their suite.
What is East Fourth Neighborhood's pet policy?
We allow one cat with a one time non-refundable $300 pet fee. We do not allow dogs.
Is parking available? Is it included in the rent?
Each rented suite has the option to have one assigned parking space for an additional monthly fee of $80-$120 depending on the building. Parking spaces are in various underground, heated, lit garages located on East 4th Street.
Do you have a fitness facility on site?
No. However we have negotiated a special rate for East Fourth Neighborhood residents at Fitworks at the Colonial Marketplace right around the corner from East 4th Street.
