The Greenhouse Tavern
The Greenhouse Tavern was founded on the beliefs that the proximity of the farm and soil to a restaurant correlates to the quality of the food and that environmentally conscious, or green, business practices are fundamental. The result is a menu inspired by classic recipes interpreted with local and seasonal ingredients served in an eco-friendly atmosphere - the first certified green restaurant in Ohio. The Greenhouse Tavern was named one of the Ten Best New Restaurants in America by Bon Appétit and Chef / Owner Jonathon Sawyer was named one of the Best New Chefs of 2010 by Food & Wine.
