Rick Maron started his career in urban development more than 25 years ago with the acquisition of 12 apartment buildings and more than 30 rental homes in Cleveland's east side suburbs. Dedicated to the development of urban areas, Mr. Maron has worked diligently with partner organizations and officials from the city of Cleveland to secure the development of several downtown projects - The Historic Buckeye Building, a 36-unit apartment building, The Commercial Building, a 35-unit apartment building, the new 37-unit FREDRICK @ Fourth luxury apartment building, the Holiday Inn Express, House of Blues Cleveland, Lola Restaurant, and The Windsor Block, a 52-unit apartment building.

Jori Maron has brought a tremendous amount of knowledge around operational and financial systems since he was named partner to MRN Limited Partnership in July of 2005. Since that time he has spearheaded the re-engineering of the accounting, human resource, and information system departments, as well as a companywide overhaul of financial analysis and documentation.
